Shanghai x HVK Noble Melody by Noble Flaire

Benediction - Sire of four Morgan Weanling Gala finalists!

Benediction is the grandson of two celebrated sires of World Champions, Forevermore and Noble Flaire. He is a naturally gifted horse with a big, balanced trot - beautifully cadenced. Ben consistently passes along his length of forearm and lofty motion to his get.

Ben's dam, HVK Noble Melody is sired by Noble Flaire and out of MO Justa Wild Melody, by Treble's Willy Wild. Like her Hall of Fame dam, HVK Noble Melody is the producer of World Champions and a Hall of Fame producer, inducted with the class of 2011. Sadly, we lost Melody in 2014.

Benediction's sire, Shanghai, is a multiple champion Forevermore son and a full brother to two multiple World Champions. In his limited breeding career, Shangai sired several futurity winners and a host of beautiful and versatile horses - most notably - Benediction!

Although Benediction's show career was limited after his sweep of the Jubilee Regional weanling futurity, he is proving to be quite successful in the breeding shed. In 2012, Ben's first eligible foals competed in the Morgan Weanling Gala with his daughter, Keepsake Timeless, capturing one of the coveted Gala Green coolers! This famcy girl also won Reserve Champion Jubilee Futurity Weanling Filly, while her brother, Keepsake Sonkist, collected his own tricolors in the Jubilee Futurity Weanling Colt division. In 2013, Keepsake Timeless returned to the Jubliee Futurity and claimed the Reserve Champion Yearling Filly title!

More recently, Macy's Keepsake and SMS Galahad, both sired by Benediction, earned 2013 Top Ten Morgan Weanling Gala wins and brought home their own coveted Gala Green. And SMS Galahad was pinned 2013 Champion Jubilee Futurity Weanling Colt.

Ben passes along to his get got only correct conformation, talent and beautiful cadence, but most importantly, his wonderful temperament and reason. Ben babies have that intangible "I'm it" factor, coupled with a curious nature and trainability. Nominated to several lucrative futurities, Benediction offers breeders many great opportunities to earn significant return on their investment in Ben! Although none showed in 2014, Benediction's 2012 and 2013 foals have combined winnings in excess of $6,000. Thank you for considering this up-and-coming young sire for your next foal.
